This Montibel.lo Gold Oil Essence came in my August Birchbox. I was pleased to receive it, always on the lookout for products to help with my dyed and heat styled hair. It contains argan oil which is prominent in many hair care products.
It is very similar in appearance to my current favourite hair oil; Orofluido Beauty Elixir (click for my review!), both featuring transparent containers with black text and a luxurious gold oil inside. I've tried many different leave-in hair products in the last few years, but the results have never been as good as Orofluido's, so this new oil had some tough competition.
I applied it to towel dried hair after shampooing and conditioning. I then left it to dry naturally. I was left with very soft, silky and shiny hair. It didn't add any weight to my hair at all, which might be good for some, but with my fine, fly-away hair I do tend to prefer a little bit of weight. Nevertheless I was happy with the results of this hair oil and would use it again, but I'm not ready to get rid of my Orofluido oil just yet!

This oil sounds really interesting, I was actually looking for a new hair oil to try, I think I might try it as the oil I'm using now is on its last legs. :)
